JUST IMPLANTS

Sterilization & Safety Protocols

Redefining Surgical Safety: Hospital-Grade Sterilization

In oral implantology, we are not just working on teeth; we are placing biocompatible structures directly into the jawbone. Because implants require a completely sterile surgical field to ensure successful osseointegration (the bone bonding to the implant), standard dental sterilization is simply not enough.

At JUST IMPLANTS, we have elevated our protocols to an absolute, hospital-grade standard. We have eliminated the risks inherent in generic dental setups by investing in a state-of-the-art, multi-tier sterilization ecosystem.

The Melag Vacuclave 123 (Class B): Zero Compromise

The centerpiece of our bio-safety infrastructure is the Melag Vacuclave 123, a premium, certified Class B autoclave engineered in Germany.

While generic, entry-level autoclaves (Class N or S) merely use gravity to displace air—often leaving microscopic air pockets inside hollow surgical instruments where bacteria and viruses can survive—the Melag Vacuclave utilizes a powerful fractionated vacuum system.

Step 1: Ultrasonic Decontamination

Deep Cleansing

Instruments immediately enter an advanced ultrasonic cleaner. High-frequency sound waves create microscopic cavitation bubbles that safely strip away microscopic debris from the most intricate surgical tips, reaching areas manual scrubbing cannot.

Step 2: Medical-Grade Pouch Sealing

Hermetic Isolation

Once dried, instruments are vacuum-sealed into specialized surgical pouches using a precision thermal pouch sealer. This creates an airtight, impenetrable barrier that preserves absolute sterility until the exact micro-second the instrument is opened for your surgery.

Step 3: The Vacuclave Cycle

Sterilization

The sealed pouches are placed inside the Melag Vacuclave 123. The fractional vacuum extracts 100% of the air from the chamber, allowing high-pressure, medical-grade saturated steam to completely penetrate the payload, destroying all microbial life.

Driven by Pure Science: Our Supporting Ecosystem

To ensure the Melag autoclave operates at peak, flawless efficiency, our entire sterilization zone is backed by a dedicated support system.

Integrated Water Distiller

Generic autoclaves run on tap or standard water, which leaves mineral scales that can compromise sterilization purity. We use an on-site water distillation unit to produce 100% pure, mineral-free water for every single cycle.

The “Dirty to Clean” Linear Concept

Cross-contamination happens when unwashed instruments cross paths with clean ones. Our sterilization room is architecturally engineered on a strict, one-way “Dirty to Clean” physical workflow. Instruments enter at one end, move forward through decontamination, sealing, and sterilization, and exit the other end completely sterile. They never move backward, and they never cross paths with unsterilized elements.

Our Promise

When you sit in our surgical chair, every instrument, drill, and component touching your anatomy has been processed through the highest tier of medical clearance available on the globe. We don’t just protect your smile; we protect your health.
